A trained technician inspects your roof
condition using TectaTracker’s rigorous ROOF ASSESSOR
inspection criteria and captures the ten critical factors
using a hand-held computer. This vital information includes:
insulation status, flashing condition, membrane condition,
leakage condition, drainage, and more and helps to determine
estimated remaining service life of your roof.
Your roofing information is then uploaded
by syncing directly to the TectaTracker website where all
relevant facility information is captured and available to
view, print, email or export anytime. And, because TectaTracker
is an online resource, no additional software is ever needed.
Multiple-level security provides access for different user
needs and all access is password-protected and available 24
hours a day, seven days a week.
