The Renaissance Center at South River Colony complex sits in the center of Anne Arundel County Maryland and is situated less than one mile from the South River and the City of Annapolis.

by 30% through re-design and removal of proprietary products. They
eliminated the expense of sub-contractors by installing all of the
waterproofing, insulation, soil media, and plantings with their own work force. As an added bonus, MAGCO Inc. also provided an overburden removal
warranty in conjunction with an 80% plant growth coverage warranty.
