Magco Inc.’s employees are factory trained to
meet all the manufacturer’s stringent requirements.
Our ongoing training program ensures that the utmost
quality is maintained at all times. Full-time safety
inspection and training assures low insurance costs
and a safe productive work site. With pre-employment
testing and training Magco Inc. is a Drug-Free Workplace.
We conduct pre-employment drug testing to ensure strict
compliance and periodically conduct random drug screening
to further enforce our policy. Magco Inc. educates new
employees with extensive video training in conjunction
with the issuance of our comprehensive field personnel
policy handbook and Tecta America’s Pocket Guide
to Safety. Video training includes important safety
issues related to fall protection, hazard communication,
material handling and roofing and sheet metal specific
hazard protection.
All Magco Inc.’s employees
are issued basic roof related safety equipment: hard
hats, safety glasses and gloves. Job specific safety
equipment is provided as required.
Magco Inc. insists on a constant
pursuit of safety to ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance.
Most important is the safety of our work force, other
trades and owner employees. Tool Box Talks and periodic
company meetings provide the forums for safety communication
between management and all Magco Inc. employees. Routine
jobsite visits to provide thorough on-site safety
inspections are commonplace.
